WRX: Holte’s stand with ‘Stina’

Category: News, WRX Posted 11.09.14 11:15 by

Frode Holte is set to drive the ex-Sverre Isachsen Ford Focus Mk2 SuperCar by the nickname of ‘Stina’ in the WorldRX round of Germany at Buxtehude.

Unfortunately Ole Kristian Nøttveit cannot make it to the WorldRX round in Germany on 20 to 21 September. He was supposed to drive the threefold European champion Sverre Isachsen’s former Ford Focus Mk2 SuperCar (aka ‘Stina’). Because of this pull-out it was Jarle Nytræ of DWC Racing who offered Frode Holte to race the successful ERC car in Germany.

Holte happily accepted the offer of DWC Racing, because his new Hyundai i20 SuperCar is in the workshops until further notice, due to a construction error. Holte is very happy to get the opportunity to drive this famous car, and is excitingly looking forward to the German event. If the Hyundai campaigner hadn’t got this offer from DWX Racing he would be sitting on the Estering sideline to watch the race.
