Yesterday’s Global RallyCross Championship event to feature in the Barcelona X Games programme was cancelled after heavy rainfalls due to an unusable all-loose surface track.

According to the official Barcelona X Games website Spanish 2004 Dakar Rally winner Nani Roma has confirmed to participate in the Global X Games of Spain on May 19.

The first ever Global X Games event held in the Brazilian town of Foz do Iguaçu was won by ex-Formula 1 and later NASCAR driver American Scott Speed from Finn Topi Heikkinen and Swede Patrik Sandell.
