Norwegian FIA World Rallycross Championship regular Andreas Bakkerud has put his new video clip webseries ‘We are #Andreas Bakkerud’ online. UPDATED ON DECEMBER 22!
Episode 1 is named the ‘The Driver’ and brings you closer to the man himself – Andreas Bakkerud. The 23-year-old was born in Bergen, Norway, and is a world class Rallycross driver for the Swedish team Ford Olsbergs MSE. He started his racing career in karting, being 8 years of age back then, and has ever since been fighting at top level in different motorsport disciplines, both in national and international series.
Last week Andreas Bakkerud won the FIA World Rallycross Championship for Teams with his Ford Olsbergs MSE squad. “To win something together with others is a wonderful feeling. I have everything to thank my partners, family and team for. The feeling of winning the world title in the WRX team championship means so much also. With this new web series I finally have also an opportunity to give something back to a few of those who have contributed so much to get me to where I am right now! I’m forever grateful to them,” claims Andreas Bakkerud.
