Two-time DTM Champion Timo Scheider is set to compete with Munnich Motorsport team AllInklRacing in the upcoming Barcelona and Riga World RX events.
FIA World Rallycross have confirmed that the upcoming Barcelona entry will include Timo Scheider, as Reinis Nitiss’s replacement – as the teams change seats during the mid-point of the season.
Latvian driver Reinis Nitiss has confirmed that he will make a return to Olsbergs MSE to race a Fiesta Supercar in Barcelona.
The young Latvian Nitiss, had departed OMSE at the end of last season, joining Muennich Motorsport just before the opening round of this season. Nitiss announced this week that he will part company with permanent World RX team Muennich Motorsport after this weekend’s eighth round of the championship in France.
Double DTM Champion Timo Scheider will replace Nitiss in the Muennich Motorsport Seat. Scheider made his Rallycross debut at the same event with the All-Inkl team last season.
JRM Racing will compete with and Anglo-French team – with France’s Guerlain Chicherit and Britain’s Guy Wilks set to drive, following Liam Doran’s recent departure.
