Swedish female Rallycrosser Ramona Karlsson has now revealed what was hinted on our ERC24 Facebook for a couple of days: The former Rally ace has bought the VW Scirocco Mk3 SuperCar of Kristoffersson Motorsport (KMS).

Karlsson has set her focus on the five rounds only FIA European Rallycross Championship (ERX) for SuperCar drivers, but will also compete in her native WorldRX round at Höljes. She told the Swedish press that she had tested the 560+bhp strong machinery at the Höljes Motorstadion last autumn and decided quickly to take the car over. The Scirocco is currently with Ingvar Gunnarsson (IGMAB) for an update to the latest specs. “All is well and moving forwards now. The car is really good, without a doubt, and I can hardly wait for to do the first tests with it,” has the only woman in the Rallycross top-notch category been quoted.
