RXLites: Syversen doing all 7

22- year-old Norwegian Simon Wågø Syversen is ready for a full seven events RXLites series attempt with the Finland-based SET Promotion team.

 

Syversen: “I had a test with the car last October and got a really good feeling. The SuperCar Lites are very fast and exciting to drive and I am looking forward to challenge the European level of this class.”

Syversen’s driving background is from national Super1600 Rallycross where he ended 4th overall of the 2014 Norwegian championship. His international debut came during last years EuroRX race in Sweden’s Höljes where he drove in the Super1600 category with a by SET Promotion run Renault Clio Mk2.

“Simon has a good background in Rallycross and RXLites is now a natural step in his career. We are looking forward to work with him and to continue the co-operation we started last year,” said Marcus Nilsson, team manager for SET Promotion’s RX Lites programme. The 2015 RXLites series starts in Montalegre, Portugal, on April 25.
