Norwegian driver Thomas Bryntesson has won the first round of the RX Lites in Hockenheim. Bryntesson taking the final from Cyril Raymond.

Thomas Bryntesson was into the final after leading the IC after four rounds of qualifying.

Cyril Raymond set the early pace after the first full round of RX Lites Qualifying, but poor performances in Q3 and Q4 left Bryntesson on top.

Raymond qualified on the second row of the grid for the final and jumped to second position at the first corner, behind Bryntesson, and followed the leader throughout the race.
