Holte to Benelux – and 2013

Category: ERC, July, News Posted 06.07.12 14:18 by

Norwegian Frode Holte has told ERC24 that he is set to drive the Benelux ERC rounds in August as well as focusing on a full 2013 European title chase.

Volvo C30 SuperCar campaigner Frode Holte informed ERC24 today that he is going to take part in both the coming ERC rounds of Belgium and Holland. “I’m set to do Maasmechelen and Valkenswaard in August. On one hand I want to gain back some driving practice, on the other hand I try to get a better starting number for 2013. My target is to drive the whole European series of next year with an assault on the SuperCars title. After Belgium and Holland I’m not doing any more races this year and ‘Donna’ will be for sale then. The plan is to build an all-new car, the prospects on the necessary budget currently look fine. There is still a lot of work to do to bundle up the whole package, but all looks better than ever before for me,” claimed the Norwegian during his phone call with ERC24.
