Today it was announced that two WorldRX teams backed by the Swedish importer Volkswagen Group Sverige AB are going to make an attempt on the 2015 FIA World Rallycross Championship (WRX) series.

Today Volkswagen Sweden presents its two officially backed 2015 FIA World Rallycross Championship teams Marklund Motorsport and Kristoffersson Motorsport, the four permanent WRX drivers are Toomas Heikkinen, Per-Gunnar Andersson, Johan Kristoffersson and Tord Linnerud.

BRX: Coox takes opener
The first international Rallycross event of the 2015 season was held at Maasmechelen in Belgium and saw homeboy Jochen Coox winning the SuperCars category from compatriot Jos Jansen and Dutchman Marcel Ottink.
