Foust takes Norwegian pole
Tanner Foust gains quickest race time of the weekend and qualifies for the pole position while Morten Bermingrud roles his Citroën C4 SuperCar. Ulrik Linnemann wins heat three for Super1600s – Lars Øivind Enerberg again in TouringCars.
Day one: TT’s clean sweep
Russian Timur Timerzyanov comfortably takes heat one in SuperCars. Norwegian Andreas Bakkerud fastest Super1600 driver, Swede Anton Marklund snatches TouringCars lead.

Timerzyanov continues his lead at the top of the SuperCars – going fastest in FP1, FP2 and the official timed practice. Foust just a little bit slower. Bakkerud beats Linnemann in S1600s, Enerberg holds top spot in TCs.
Breaking into Hell
Competitors in Hell are driving their first laps of the Lånkebanen as part of the two free practice sessions this Saturday morning. SuperCar, Super1600 as well as TouringCar drivers have all completed the first free practice runs of four laps.
Holten’s Volvo C30 test
Daniel Holten and Frode Holte are both satisfied with yesterday’s Volvo C30 SuperCar test at the Lånkebanen in Hell.

Norwegian youngster Daniel Holten is set to test Frode Holte’s Volvo C30 SuperCar at the Lånkebanen prior to his two round stand with “Donna” at Hell and Höljes later this month.
