The FIA World Motor Sports Council (WMSC) has given the 2013 European Rallycross Championship (RX) its final approval.

European Rallycross Championship regular Tanner Foust bagged the final round of the 2012 Global RallyCross Championship in Las Vegas and, thereby, his second consecutive GRC title.
First GRC SEMA day to Ford
The first race day of the Global RallyCross Championship Finale in Las Vegas fell prey to Ford, the Fiesta Mk7 SuperCar drivers Ken Block, Tanner Foust, Timur Timerzyanov and Brian Deegan claiming the places one to four during the first qualifying runs.
